A new programme of sports activities has kicked off in Bedale.
The Saturday ‘sportsability club’ enables children and young people with a disability to take part in community sport. The hour long sessions include recognised sportability games such as Boccia (a bowls type game suitable for all abilities) as well as football, cricket and athletics and are led by qualified coaches and volunteers.
