Sports Makers workshop a winner for Whitby students

TWELVE sixth form students and two members of staff from Whitby Community College attended a Sport Makers’ Workshop delivered by Pete Taylor and Lucy Smith from North Yorkshire Sport.
Sport Makers is all about encouraging sport in your local community - whether it’s planning the route, finding the pitch or encouraging people to take part – sport doesn’t just happen, it needs people to make it happen.
