If you're looking to join a fun and friendly team sport, softball could be the one for you. We're a sociable and friendly mixed league and we're always on the lookout for new players and teams to join us.
Our informal indoor softball sessions are designed for absolute beginners to improve their fitness and work on the basics of softball, including throwing, fielding, catching and hitting.

Tai Chi for Health Classes provided by Philip Sheridan and Helen Parsons of Huntun Tai Chi ™. We are an award-winning social enterprise offering people the opportunity to learn evidence-based Tai Chi for Health programmes to improve their health and wellbeing. We are registered with the Tai Chi for Health Institute https://taichiforhealthinstitute.org/
The Tai Chi for Health programmes are simplified Tai Chi forms suitable for people with a range of health conditions. We especially welcome people who live with a disability or live with long-term health conditions or recovering from injury or a surgical procedure.
