Our junior mixed ability non-contact boxing sessions provide a safe and fun place for 10-16 year olds to train together. All abilities always welcome. These sessions continue to run throughout school holidays and are FREE thanks to funding from Positive Futures.

Classes accommodate complete beginners and the more experienced as the postures can be tailored for the individual. Come along and discover the joy of Iyengar Yoga. Gain flexibility, strength and peace of mind.

If you have always wanted to do boxing training but not get punched, this is the class for you. Non-contact Boxing means you hit Pads and Bags but not each other. You will learn the correct techniques including defences from qualified Boxing Coaches and Tutors. Our sessions are suitable for all abilities. Everyone is welcome, you do not have to be a student to attend.
Heaton Tennis & Squash Club

Boxing training, hitting pads, bags but not each other. Get fit, have fun and learn how to box. Suitable for ages 7-107, ideal for families to train together.
No previous experience in Boxing is required.
