You will never be bored with our Express Circuit Training. This Workout gets your heart rate up and strengthens your muscles at the same time. You will move quickly through 6-10 exercise stations to work different muscle groups with minimal rest in between stations. Each station has a different exercise. You will complete about 10-25 reps each station in work periods lasting between 20 seconds and 1 minute before moving on to the next exercise station. Time based format and Beginner and advanced options are available for all exercises.
