Mixed Ability Non-Contact Boxing Sessions

No previous boxing experience is required to attend our sessions as they are suitable for all abilities. You don't need any equipment as it will be provided. If you have your own boxing gloves you can wear them for the sessions if not we have plenty available to use. Sessions will vary focusing on fitness, technique, circuits and more whilst having fun and learning new skills. Previously our participants have reported benefits such as improved fitness, strength, mobility, mental health and overall feeling of well-being to name a few. Come and see for yourself. Your first group session with Unorthobox is absolutely FREE!

What to Bring / Equipment

A bottle of water no other drinks are permitted in the session

There are no special requirements, we have equipment you can use. Just remember to bring a bottle of water.
