Paracise: exercise to improve your mobility, flexibility and strength

This is a 45 minute class, low impact, gentle on the joints and helps improve mobility, flexibility and balance. It is ideal for people for whom regular fitness classes are too much, or who haven't exercised for a long time, or who are coming back from injury. It can also help people with a wide range of health conditions such as arthritis and fibromyalgia.

There is no floor work in the class, no jumping around, and the music is great. It's all about everyone working at their own pace to appreciate what their bodies can do and how small changes can make big improvements to everyday life.

What to Bring / Equipment

Wear loose fitting relaxed clothing, you will get warm, sensible shoes with a grip, and bring some water if you can.
