Think Real

Think Real are a series of resources developed to inspire and help all young people make informed choices about being active and healthy.

The resources come as a response to the challenges faces by young people at all levels of sporting involvement from the barriers preventing 88% of young people aged 13-15 from meeting their daily recommended physical activity allowance to concerns surrounding the pressures of youth sporting competitions and doping in amateur sport.
