The day consists of workshops and practical with some fun elements all aimed at building each person’s confidence to work and play with disabled people. The cost to you to attend the day is free which will include a manual on working with disabled people.

Come and get involved in Dalby Forest's GO Tri event! Dalby Duathlon for ages 14+ will involve a 2k run, a 8k cycle, followed by a 1k sprint to cross that finish line! A great course in a fantastic location. All abilities welcome.

North Yorkshire Sport recently secured funding to work with sports clubs in order to help to alleviate loneliness and isolation across our county.
We are delivering a programme which uses sport and physical activity to help overcome issues of loneliness and isolation through strengthening clubs and activity settings to improve their services to older residents around issues wider than sport.
