Come and get involved in Dalby Forest's GO TRI event! Dalby Duathlon for ages 14+ will involve a 2k run, a 8k cycle, followed by a 1k sprint to cross that finish line! Dalby Duathlon @ Addestone Field will involve a 2.5km run, a 8km cycle, followed by a 1km run to cross that finish line! A great course in a fantastic location. All abilities welcome. We would recommend a mountain bike or a hybrid bike if you have one. The race is not a timed event however you are free to take your own times.
