This workshop aims to increase the awareness of safeguarding and protecting children and helps coaches to recognise possible signs of abuse and deal sensitively and effectively with issues that arise. It also prompts a review of practice to ensure that sport provides an enriching experience for children, and that coaches' behaviour is always above reproach.

These courses are 3 hour workshops designed for grassroots sports coaches, ensuring they learn the skills necessary to respond to an ill or injured athlete. Whether in training or at a game, coaches learn to give the appropriate care, prior to the arrival of professional responders.

Come and get involved in Dalby Forest's GO Tri event! Dalby Duathlon @ Addestone Field will involve a 2.5km run, a 7.5km cycle, followed by a 1km run to cross that finish line!
A great course in a fantastic location. All abilities welcome.
We would recommend a mountain bike or a hybrid bike if you have one. The race is not a timed event however you are free to take your own times
