Clubs are constantly searching for way to communicate to current and prospective members. Social media is a great way to do it! This workshop looks at your current use of social media, how to reach new audiences, make content engaging and using analytical tools to plan/ review activity.

Engaging Social Media

This course is reserved for representatives of clubs based in the district of Hambleton.

'Engaging Social Media' will be a two hour face to face workshop with a third hour of remote online delivery.

The workshop outcomes are

  • Explore their current use of social media
  • Reach their audience by creating engaging content
  • Use analytical tools to plan social media activity

It has been designed to get existing social media users more effective at the way they engage their participants. It is not a "this is how you use social media" workshop.

Please note: this is a practical workshop so please come prepared with phones, i pads etc with social media apps (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pintrest, Snapchat, Youtube, Tumblr) already downloaded and accounts created.
