Managing Your Sporting Archives

Find out about the best way to organise and store your records, how to package them and the issues that may affect their long-term preservation. The workshop will cover paper and digital records, including photographs. There will also be an opportunity to learn more about options for using your archives as a way of promoting your club and its history – however long or short – and how best Explore York Archives can support you.


This workshop is part of the Uncovering York's Sporting Heritage project, and has been funded through a generous grant from the National Lottery Heritage Fund and National Lottery players

Saturday 22nd February (9.30am to 12.30pm) or Thursday 5th March (1.30pm to 4.30pm).
