Renewal - Safeguarding & Protecting Children

An alternative to attending a face-to-face workshop, you can complete this fantastic course from the comfort of your own home – on a tablet or PC – so you can dip in and out to suit your lifestyle, while still keeping track of your progress.

This Module will take about 30 minutes to complete and by the end you will be able to:

  • Identify the opportunities and dangers of different digital commutations, including the potential for grooming, cyber bullying and accessing inappropriate internet content.
  • Identify best practice for using digital media.

For consistency throughout this module, the term 'Parent' means parent, carer and guardian.

* Check with your governing body of sport for further information, and to ascertain whether or not it recognises completing the eLearning as an appropriate way to renew your safeguarding training.
