Overview of the role

We are currently recruiting for the position of Technical Director for Doncaster Belles RTC . We are looking for a supportive, enthusiastic, and adaptable person to join our RTC to assist with the forward plans we have in place to support all areas of the elite junior aspect of Doncaster Belles.

You will have a key role in working with the General Manager to plan and deliver day to day technical and tactical operations. The successful candidate will strive to provide the highest standard of administration , planning and direction whilst developing excellent professional relationships across the wider club and Club Doncaster family. We are looking for a committed individual who is looking to work within an adaptable and friendly environment, to maximise the impact the staff can have in creating elite players and well-rounded young people.

Key skills and responsibilities shall include:

  • Develop and implement an appropriate technical and tactical syllabus for the RTC programme
  • Provide guidance and line management mentor to all RTC staff
  • To work closely with the general manager to guide and lead the direction of the centre
  • Be a key member of the management team, supporting the board to ensure that a high quality programme is delivered to our players at all times
  • Developing key positive relationships with players, parents, and all staff

We are looking for an individual who has a desire and passion, to ensure that their attention to detail is quickly impactful . Alongside this a proactive attitude, with a keenness to "get things done" and go above and beyond to achieve results and contribute collaboratively. We are looking for someone able to build relationships with a diverse range of people , and flexible due to the nature of the work and may have to be available on some evenings and weekends to support with events.
