An opportunity has arisen for a part time Executive Assistant (24 hrs per week, flexible) to work alongside the Sport Works Senior Management Team. Working closely with both our Directors and Regional Managers, the role is tasked with supporting the smooth running of the organisation whilst ensuring our nationwide projects are delivered successfully and on time.

Why the Role Exists
The Executive Assistant position is key to ensuring Sport Works meets its challenging growth targets. The post holder will provide administrative support to the Directors and Senior Management Team who manage our projects throughout the country.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment across multiple departments. The role will be diverse and likely that no two days will be the same! This means the post holder will need to be comfortable working, in particular, across the following areas:
- marketing (including social media)
- sales (liaising directly with customers)
- reporting (assessing information and creating written and verbal reports)
- project management (supporting staff to deliver nationwide projects on time and in budget)
The post holder will need to be a quick learner and be able to quickly get up to speed with the Sport Works model, be comfortable working quickly under pressure and be able to manage/prioritise several projects concurrently.
As our organization grows there maybe potential for the post holder to grow and develop with us as our staff team expands.
