As a Trainee, KAL will mentor and support you through a full training and development plan, this will include gaining qualifications in RLSS Pool lifeguard, Swim England Swimming teachers’ qualifications within the first 12 months. Following the successful completion of your training development plan KAL will progress you into a qualified Aquatic and Activity Activator, here you will be supported through an opportunity for further career development with KAL.
