About Club and League Development Officer
Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club is looking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Club and League Development Officer to join an existing team of two to help deliver the club, league and volunteer aspect of our County Recreational Cricket Plan. The Club and League Officers work closely with a number of clubs and leagues, offering support and guidance across all areas of recreational cricket. You will work at a delivery level with the clubs and leagues. Previous experience of working with clubs or in a customer facing environment is essential.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the development of cricket in Nottinghamshire, specifically supporting clubs and leagues to develop and grow.
You will work with a range of clubs and leagues to identify their needs and provide solutions, using a range of resources and products. You will work collaboratively with other officers in the Community and Development Team, ensuring clubs are assigned appropriate officer support.
To be successful in this role you will need to show initiative, and have strong organisational and IT skills. The post holder must be a self-starter and innovative.
