British Cycling Disability Hub Sessions Run in York

Get active in 2016 with national festivals such as National Paralympic Day, the Rio Paralympic Games and dedicated coaching sessions at six Disability Hubs across the country.
British Cycling's Disability Hubs provide the perfect opportunity for riders with a disability to develop their cycling skills, keep fit and have fun in safe, traffic-free environments. With over 55 sessions already planned throughout the year, British Cycling qualified coaches will be providing support to help riders of any ability to get active. The sessions are designed to improve participants' cycling performance on a monthly basis, enhancing the activities available for disabled athletes to participate in cycling.

A range of equipment is available to use at each site including handcycles and tandems, however please contact British Cycling in advance of the session to ensure that the required equipment will be available.
