Their annual conference Raising The Bar: Conversations on the Power of Sport will take place virtually on 3 December at 10am. They'll be delighted to welcome former Formula 1 ace Sir Jackie Stewart OBE, former England Rugby Union international and County cricketer, Alastair Hignell CBE, and Henry Winter, sports journalist and currently the Chief Football Writer for The Times, former England striker Luther Blissett and Ray Fallan, an inspirational lady with a voice and a story to tell. They hope you can join them, please find the registration page here: https://smf.event-portal.co.uk/registration/

They've just launched a brand new virtual walking route in partnership with World Walking. The walk starts in Leeds and revisits some of the key towns and cities that the Tour de France visited in 2014. If anyone is looking for some motivation to get in the daily steps then please have a look at the link to the walk: https://worldwalking.org/walks/explore/mwhdfn . Steps can be added manually via the World Walking website or automatically via the app on a smart phone.
