What are they? Socially distanced (hence the ‘Space’!) walks that aim to build your fitness up and get your social muscles flexing by walking with others out in the countryside.

Who are they intended for? People 40+ years of age, you might feel stale or have become physically less fit during the last year. Worn out from working at home?
