With the Family
There are lots of great ways to keep the whole family active whilst everyone is at home. You can play games, follow workout videos online or get outside and walk, run or cycle.
Getting or staying active as a family is great way to encourage a lifelong habit of physical activity in children as well as having a good time!
The Chief Medical Officer advises an average of 60 minutes of physical activity a day for children (3 hours under 5's & 150 minutes a week for adults)
